Delivery timelines and formats (digital gallery, USB, prints, etc.) will be communicated and agreed upon during booking.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (email, address, preferences, etc.).
Once final work is delivered and approved, no refund claims will be accepted for performance or satisfaction beyond what was previously agreed.
Clients must ensure proper communication and timely responses to requests for details related to the photography session.
Clients must secure any required permissions for locations, events, people, or restricted areas prior to the session.
All photos and creative work produced remain the intellectual property of Sivan Photographer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may receive usage rights for personal, non-commercial use unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased.
Any commercial use, resale, publication, or distribution of photos beyond normal personal use requires written permission and may incur additional fees.
Your use of the Website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
