1. Booking Confirmation
A 30% non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full before final delivery or before downloading the images from the online gallery.
Bookings are confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
2. Payment Terms
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash payments.
All prices are listed in AED.
Failure to complete full payment may result in delayed delivery.
3. Additional Coverage
Any photography or videography services exceeding the agreed package duration will be charged at an additional hourly rate.
4. Delivery
All delivered images will be professionally edited.
Raw files are not included.
Delivery is made via a private online gallery link.
Same-day delivery is provided depending on the type and duration of the event.
The online gallery will remain active for 6 months from the delivery date.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
4 days before the shoot – 30% of total fee
72 hours before the shoot – 50% of total fee
24 hours before the shoot – 75% of total fee
Less than 24 hours – 100% of total fee
The advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
6. Travel & Accommodation
For events outside Dubai, travel and accommodation expenses must be covered by the client.
7. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyright of Sivan Photographer.
Clients receive personal or commercial usage rights depending on the service agreement.
Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the return of payments received.
